What methodology is used:
This training is based on the pioneering personality profiling work of Carl Jung. It uses behavioural profiling as a common language for self understanding, effective interaction and business growth.
Used by over 50 million people to improve their lives, interpersonal relationships, work productivity, team work and communication, DISC is one of the oldest, most reliable personal profiling assessment methods. These training modules are based on a system founded in 1928 by a psychologist at Harvard.
